Good Donut / Bad Donut
Using the Donut template below, you are to create a "Good" donut, one that you would like to eat, and a "Bad" donut, one that is too gross or too dangerous to eat.
Step 1
Right click on the donut template.
Open it up in Photoshop.
Use the paint brush and change the mode from NORMAL to COLOR. Select a color to paint over the donut. I used a yellow to make it look like a plain, cake donut.
Step 2
Add another layer. Use the paint brush in NORMAL mode and paint on the icing. Change the layer style to Bevel and Emboss.
Add another layer. Add sprinkles or candy or anything that you think would make this a delicious donut. I created a sprinkle brush and changed the layer style to Bevel and Emboss.
Save your project as gooddonut as a jpg.
Step 3
Repeat the same process, this time creating a donut that would be bad to eat. I added broken glass to my example.
Save as baddonut, as a jpg and post it to your weebly site.
Essential Question: How does art influence our thinking or how we see objects?
