Cracked skin
For this project you will be adding a cracked skin effect to a portrait of a person.
Step 1
Go to the internet and find a picture of a face wih no marks on it.
Right click and save the cracks image from below.
Open Adobe Photoshop.
Create a new project that is 8.5 inches Wide, by 11 inches Tall save the project as crackedface.
150 pixels resolution.
Open the image that you selected from the internet
Paste image 1. You may have to use the (Modify, Free Transform tool) to resize your image to fit the new project.
Open up the image cracks copy and paste it into the cracked face project.
Use the free transform tool to size your cracks over the face, and neck. In the layer palette, set the fill from 100 to 49 so that you can see the face under the cracks.
Use the eraser tool to remove areas that you do not want cracks like the hair, and eyes.
Reset the fill to 100.
In the layer palette, set the layer style to multiply.
When you finish your conversion, save your project as a .jpeg, medium quality. Add a copy of the original face, cracks and crackedface to your weebly page.
Publish your page.
